0088555133 2017-06-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a producing well. The pad is named Wayne and there are a total of five wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead and a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Gauges present read 380 pounds per square inch on the casing and 180 pounds per square inch on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consists of eight 400 barrel tanks within a lined steel containment, five gas production units within a lined steel containment, one compressor, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in is located on the north side of the pad. The production records are current, the identification is located at the wellhead and gas production unit, and there are no violations present.

A gauge was present on the production tubing reading 165 pounds per square inch, 320 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks, five gas production units, two combustors, and a Triethylene Glycol Dehydration Unit. The Triethylene Glycol Dehydration Unit had an inlet separator, a Glycol contact tower, a horizontal scrubber, and a reboiler. The identification was located at the wellhead.
1111373064 2018-11-01 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.375-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 100 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was midstream equipment on the Northern Corner of the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.

The production valves are open. The production equipment consists of five gas processing units, eight 400 barrel tanks within containment, and two flare stacks. The production records are current, identification is located on the wellhead, and there are no violations present.
