0269796903 2018-06-12 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge was present on the production tubing reading 274 pounds per square inch, 590 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and 600 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. The production equipment consisted of eighteen 400 barrel tanks, six gas production units, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead.
0347736436 2013-09-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the rig is drilling ahead at 14545. I tested the water in a small puddle on the site with a Quantab. The test did not indicate any elevated chlorides.
0903669201 2017-06-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a producing well. The pad is named Rich and there are a total of six wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead and a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Gauges present read 440 pounds per square inch on the casing and 383 pounds per square inch on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consists of eighteen 400 barrel tanks within a lined steel containment, six gas processing units within a lined steel containment, two compressor, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in is located on the north side of the pad. The production records are current, the identification was located at the wellhead and gas production unit, and there were no violations present.
1074464792 2013-09-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling phase has been finished. Patterson Drilling ran 15924 of 5.5 casing. The casing was cemented in place by Nabors with 1277 sks of class H cement.
1112126025 2013-09-03 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the operator is drilling 8.5 hole at a depth of 7062. I asked the operator to haul the rain water out of the cellars of the other wells on site.
1149508197 2016-03-21 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production with a tubing plunger lift system. The tank battery is comprised of eighteen 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight plastic lined steel containment. A separate containment area holds six production units. The production equipment is shared with five other wells on the pad.
1160284490 2017-11-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The pad is named Rich and there are a total of six wells on this pad. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead and a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. The production equipment consisted of eighteen 400 barrel tanks within a lined steel containment, six gas production units within a lined steel containment, one vent scrubber, two compressors, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in is located on the north side of the pad. The production records are current and the identification was located at the wellhead.
1255031737 2013-08-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the rig is currently waiting on their first intermediate cement to set up.
1376668211 2013-08-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The drilling rig is currently moving onto the well, and preparing to begin drilling in the next 24 hours. There are several tears in the primary containment. I have instructed the operator to repair the membrane before drilling commences.
