0184244590 | 2014-09-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Patterson 342, is preparing the well for the blow out preventer installation. |
0356640306 | 2014-06-13 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I am onsite to witness the conductor cementing operations. Express Energy Services drilled a 32 hole to a depth of 100. They then ran 100 of 26 casing. Express also provided the cementing service by circulating 330 sacks of cement in place. I witnessed twenty barrels of cement return to surface. |
0573617787 | 2015-07-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well properly equipped to be capable of production. While on location I witnessed one Myers truck loading brine and one Gibbons truck loading product at the tank battery. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight steel containment. The tank battery is shared by four other wells on the pad. |
0759194321 | 2017-03-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | The pad name is Myron and it consists of 5 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. I was accompanied by Antero Recourses Environmental Field Tech Zac Cornish and during my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of five gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. |
0885066641 | 2015-04-07 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements. While onsite I found a five gallon diesel spill in a ditch line along the entry road. The spill appears to be the result of a wood chip hauling truck parking on a bank and fuel escaping the tank due to being too full. Antero personnel were notified and the spill was cleaned. |
0978912755 | 2016-07-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined liquid tight steel containment. The tank battery is shared by four other wells on the pad. Two vapor recovery compressors and two incinerators are located near the entry of the well pad. Heavy rain is falling at the time of inspection. |
1097191870 | 2017-12-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well pad name is Myron and it consists of 5 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment and five gas production units. A vapor recovery system consisted of two compressors, one vent scrubber, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current. |
1112623755 | 2018-11-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.375-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 750 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 600 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. The Gas Processing Units and midstream valve site were on a secondary pad to the southeast of the well pad. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. |
1158508722 | 2016-02-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well properly equipped to be capable of production. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined liquid tight steel containment. The tank battery is shared by four other wells on the pad. The rainwater drainage sumps are open at the time of inspection. |
1431897802 | 2014-09-17 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well has been drilled to 17,478. Patterson 342 is running 5.5 casing at a depth of 11,000. |
1501694355 | 2017-08-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | The pad name is Myron and it consists of 5 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of five gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Deep Well Services were on location completing a material modification alongside of the lease road. |
