0082567532 2018-03-13 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. The pad is named Wilson and it consists of 8 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of eight gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, and two combustors. The pipeline tie in was located on the West side of the pad. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current.
0511285129 2015-03-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations
0613382918 2015-02-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds Sidewinder Drilling Rig 59 is drilling a 12.25 borehole at a depth of 4350.
0651235633 2018-02-02 Production Wells No Violations Status check following a nearby pipeline mechanical issue that is not owned by Antero. This pad is named Wilson and it consists of 8 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of eight gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. The pipeline tie in was located on the West side of the pad with no issues present. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current.
0718243963 2019-01-31 Production Wells No Violations On site inspection along with ODNR Inspector Ryan Armstrong. On this day we were conducting field training and visited the well pad. The pad consists of 8 producing wells. The tank battery sits on the left side of the pad as you enter it and consists of (8) 400 barrel tanks. Identification is present on each well head. See Ryans reports for more information.
0826046767 2015-06-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling contractor, Patterson Drilling, is drilling an 8.75 hole at a depth of 8145 building the curve and preparing to enter the target formations. No violations were noted during my inspection.
0935849071 2016-05-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set inside of a plastic lined steel containment system. On the opposite side of the pad there are eight production units, also set in containment. Several pieces of construction equipment are parked on the location and are being used for the reclamation of the adjacent fresh water impoundment.
0987147452 2013-12-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Falcon 20, ran 18.625 casing to a depth of 415. Allied cemented the casing in place with 838 sks of class A cement. They pressured up to 620 psi after landing the plug. The casing string held with no pressure loss.
1018359782 2015-12-16 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well has been placed into production. All work on the South side of the out slope has been finished. Three temporary tanks have been placed on the location, in containment, to allow the wells to be produced while a small slip is repaired behind the permeant tank battery. All temporary equipment meets the spacing requirements of section 1501 9-9-05 of the OAC.
1047669380 2016-06-17 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set inside of a plastic lined steel containment system. On the opposite side of the pad there are eight production units, also set in containment.
1365836897 2015-06-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson Drilling Rig 343 has drilled to a total depth of 17, 846. The rig is preparing to pull the drill pipe out of the hole.
1524420059 2015-02-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds that the drilling rig, Sidewinder 59, is tripping in the well to drill out the 13.375 shoe and drill the 12.25 section of the well.
1559826728 2019-01-31 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR inspector Bill Stolarik I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place on the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing, and 13.375-inch diameter intermediate casing. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8- 400-barrel steel production fluid storage tanks, and a combustor that was shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. There was a midstream valve site on the west side of the pad. As well as a water impoundment to the south, right side of the lease road as you enter the pad. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
1672713568 2017-03-17 Production Wells No Violations The pad is named Wilson and it consists of 8 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of eight gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero Resources was on location preforming maintenance on a gas production unit.
