0408846568 2016-03-22 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery is comprised of twelve 400 barrel tanks located inside of a plastic lined steel containment system. Five production units are set inside of a containment system. There are a total of five wells on the pad.
0875782050 2018-03-21 Production Wells No Violations The Pad is named Price and it consists of 5 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present for all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of five gas production units, twelve 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero was on location operating a generator to override the solar panels to power production equipment.

1337902864 2014-05-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection finds the drilling rig, Dallas Morris 24, drilled 24 hole to a depth of 390. The drilling rig ran 381 of 18.625 casing with five centralizers. Allied cemented the casing in place with 748 sks of class A cement. I witnessed forty barrels of cement return to surface.
1401291140 2014-05-28 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site to witness cementing operations and verify placement. Dallas Morris rig 24 ran 9.625 casing to a depth of 7056. Halliburton is on site to cement the casing in place.
