Express Energy Services drilled 100 of 36 hole with an auger rig. Express then ran 100 of 30 .375 wall weld casing in the well. The cement mix water was tested with a low range Quantab and registered 82 parts per million total chlorides. The casing was cemented by circulating 275 sacks of class A cement with .5 pounds per sack flowseal and 2% CaCl into the annular space. I witnessed 11 barrels of cement return to surface and remain static. One foot of cement was left in the cellar to ensure a liquid tight seal. |

During my inspection all equipment belonging to the plugged well had been removed and the well site was left with a graded gravel surface. There was no evidence at surface of the well existing.
