0219375631 2017-03-23 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 8 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a preliminary restoration. During my inspection Antero was on location with contractors present to nipple up the wellhead and get it tied into production lines. The area affected by the well pad construction has all been restored. There are no slips or erosion issues on location. The production equipment on the pad consisted of eight gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Location has met 1509.072 A requirements.
0225054796 2018-03-28 Production Wells No Violations At 3:28 p.m. on 3/27/18 Antero Resources Production Supervisor Doug Stubbins called and reported some electrical issues that they were having with their combustor. Mr. Stubbins stated that the electric cable on the combustor burnt up and caused small flame that was extinguished immediately. The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero well tender was on location.
0436966355 2018-01-09 Completion Testing No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection Fortis Energy Services was on location with their service rig drilling out frac plugs on the Iles 2H, 3412124540. This well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the closed position. Frac plugs have recently been drilled out and the well is prepared to be flowed back. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors.
1235053600 2016-12-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Patterson UTI Rig #342 had drilled a 24 inch diameter hole to the depth of 367 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew ran 375 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5 pound per foot J-55 casing 10.5 feet above KB which is 25 feet washing down the last 2 joints of casing. Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #342 could not get their landing joint to mate up and replaced it with a full joint of casing. Schlumberger Services was on site loaded their lines with 5 barrels of fresh water, performed a low pressure test at 500 pounds per square inch and performed a high pressure test at 2000 pounds per square inch then gained circulation with 170 barrels of fresh water. Schlumberger cemented the casing with 660 sacks of Class A cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.2 cubic foot per sack cement. Cement additives included 2% Calcium Chloride and 0.2% B495A. Cement weight was verified by pressurized mud scales. Cement was displaced with 101 barrels of fresh water. Had good cement returns of 34 barrels, plug was landed at 209 pounds per square inch, pressured to 724 pounds per square inch for 5 minutes and the floats held with 1 barrel back. Mix water was tested revealing chlorides of 32 parts per million, pH 7 and 55 degrees. Simultaneous operation was taking place with the drilling of the said well and 4 wells producing on the pad.
1260405218 2017-01-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #342 had reached total depth on the second intermediate section at 7168 feet and washing down their 9.625 inch diameter 40 pound per foot landing joint of casing. Casing will be landed out at 7153 feet with Schlumberger onsite beginning to rig up and preparing to cement the casing. Upon completion Patterson UTI Rig #342 will walk over and re-spud the 34121245370000 Walsh Unit East 1H.
1356008005 2017-06-06 Completion Testing No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a Frac valve. The production equipment on the pad consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Containment was present on the pad with sound walls surrounding the pad as Antero prepares the location for Hydraulic Fracturing operations on the 5 of wells.
