0834619967 2014-10-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the surface casing cementing operations. I tested the cement mix water for chlorides with a low range Quantab at 2.8 or (82) parts per million. Sidewinder Drilling Rig 54 ran 397 of 18.625 J-55 casing. Four centralizers were utilized to provide sufficient standoff and foster effective circulation of cement. Allied Oil and Gas Services cemented the casing in place with 155 barrels of class A cement with 20 barrels of cement circulating to surface. The latch down plug landed at 270 psi. The casing was pressured up to 770 psi. The casing pressure test was passed.
0972468935 2018-03-28 Production Wells No Violations At 3:28 p.m. on 3/27/18 Antero Resources Production Supervisor Doug Stubbins called and reported some electrical issues that they were having with their combustor. Mr. Stubbins stated that the electric cable on the combustor burnt up and caused small flame that was extinguished immediately. The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero well tender was on location.
1515517438 2018-01-09 Completion Testing No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check on completion operations. During my inspection Fortis Energy Services was on location with their service rig drilling out frac plugs at 12,000 feet in depth. A controlled flare that was roughly 5 feet in height was burning at the flare stack.
1751668195 2017-01-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #342 was drilling their lateral with an 8.75 inch diameter bit at 19542 feet on 10.9 pounds per gallon mud simulating 12.7 pounds per gallon with 2800 units of gas. Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #342 is planning on drilling to projected total depth of 20029 feet with 5.5 inch diameter casing and cementing to follow. I completed walk around with Antero Consultant Josh Allred revealing proper containment was in place and an intermittent 1 foot flare.
1860970202 2015-10-23 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A).
1889118535 2014-10-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Sidewinder 54, is drilling a 17.5 hole at a depth of 1397 at an average rate of 80 per hour. The company man indicated that a substantial water flow was encountered at 1200.
1995445183 2017-06-06 Completion Testing No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a Frac valve. The production equipment on the pad consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Containment was present on the pad with sound walls surrounding the pad as Antero prepares the location for Hydraulic Fracturing operations on the 5 of wells.
