0067263392 2017-12-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness the cementing of the 13.375 inch diameter intermediate casing. The casing was set to a depth of 1770 feet within the 17.5 inch diameter borehole. Schlumberger was on location to cement the casing string. During my inspection the H&P Drilling Rig 519 could not circulate through the floats within the casing. The rig worked the casing up and down while attempting to pump through the casing and they were unsuccessful. The floats on the casing were plugged up. Antero company man on location decided to trip the casing out of the hole and lay it down for examination to figure out what plugged up the floats. I obtained a copy of the casing tally.
0893092522 2018-02-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection 6 wells had been drilled to total depth and are awaiting completion. The drilling rig has moved off of location. The area affected by pad construction had been remediated. Location has met 1509.072 (A) requirements.
0986756211 2017-12-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations
1668696563 2017-09-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today found a 100 foot deep 26 inch diameter conductor cemented into a 32 inch diameter borehole. Containment was laid on the pad and sound barriers surrounded the pad. HP Drilling Rig 519 is scheduled to arrive on the pad in October.
1912955629 2018-09-18 Production Wells No Violations The Troyer Pad has 6 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The wells on the pad were in the process of flowing back through Enercorp Sand solutions. The production equipment consisted of six indirect line heaters, six sand traps, six gas production units, a gas buster, fourteen 400-barrel tanks, three vapor recovery towers, and four combustors. Teksolv was on location monitoring gas metering stations and Antero well tenders were monitoring flowback.
