During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of 10 sand traps, 10 gas production units, fourteen 400 barrel tanks, three compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Myers Well Services had four trucks on location hauling produced fluids from the tank battery. Dust suppression was recently applied on the lease road by Ramco.

Gauges were covered with plastic today due to the wellheads being recently painted. The production equipment consisted of ten gas production units, fourteen 400 barrel tanks, three compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. A Myers Well Services truck was on location hauling produced fluids from the tank battery and Antero well tender was on location. The pipeline tie in was located on the West side of the pad. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current.
1447333954 2015-11-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor cement job found Express Energys top hole rig spudded the said well on 11/11/2015 and drilled a 100 x 32 borehole. Express Energys cement service cemented the casing using 330 sacks of class A-2% calcium .125 and displaced to 90 using 56 barrels of fresh water with good cement returns witnessed to surface.
1452005730 2016-01-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am accompanied by inspector Nicholson. Our inspection finds the drilling contactor, Patterson Drilling, has drilled a 12.25 section to a depth of 7436. The company man anticipates landing casing at a depth of 7422.
1452031031 2016-01-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On my inspection this day, accompanying ODNR Inspector Eric Conrad, we found that Patterson Rig 242 had drilled the 12.25 bore hole to a total depth of 7,436 feet and was tripping the bit out of the hole. The Drill Site Manager stated the rig will start running 9.625 casing to an anticipated depth of 7,422 feet. A walk-around inspection of the well pad indicated good placement and maintenance of secondary containment.
