1001941412 2017-10-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The pad is named Quintel and it consists of 10 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. Production and annular pressure monitoring was present. Gauges were covered with plastic today due to the wellheads being recently painted. The production equipment consisted of ten gas production units, fourteen 400 barrel tanks, three compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. A Myers Well Services truck was on location hauling produced fluids from the tank battery and Antero well tender was on location. The pipeline tie in was located on the West side of the pad. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current.
1114240597 2015-11-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds Express Energy Services drilled a 32 borehole to a depth of 100. The rig the installed 100 of 26 weld casing. Express Energy then cemented the casing in place using 330 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed 15 barrels of cement circulate to surface. A test of the mix water with a Quantab indicated total chlorides present at 32 ppm.
