During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of 10 sand traps, 10 gas production units, fourteen 400 barrel tanks, three compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Myers Well Services had four trucks on location hauling produced fluids from the tank battery. Dust suppression was recently applied on the lease road by Ramco.

Gauges were covered with plastic today due to the wellheads being recently painted. The production equipment consisted of ten gas production units, fourteen 400 barrel tanks, three compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. A Myers Well Services truck was on location hauling produced fluids from the tank battery and Antero well tender was on location. The pipeline tie in was located on the West side of the pad. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current.
0857392697 2016-03-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the surface casing cementing operations. Patterson Drilling 342 drilled 1090 of 17.5 borehole. The rig then ran 1088 of 13.375 J-55 casing. Haliburton cemented the casing in place with 222 barrels of HalCem. I witnessed 27 barrels of cement circulate to surface.
1225529619 2016-03-06 Casing String Witnessed No Violations My inspection today finds Express Energy drilled 100 of 32 borehole and ran 100 of 26 weld casing. Petroset cemented the casing in place with 330 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed good cement circulate to surface.

1927792656 2016-03-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the first intermediate casing cementing operations. Patterson Drilling installed 7622 of 9.625 casing with cement baskets at 4857 and 5017. Halliburton cemented the casing in place with 925 sacks of ExtendaCem and 420 sacks of HalCem. I witnessed 35 barrels of cement circulate to surface. Immediately upon landing the latch-down plug, Halliburton increased displacement pressure by 500 psi and held the pressure for five minutes with less than ten percent decline.
2006277719 2016-05-24 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling contractor, Patterson Drilling, is drilling an 8.5 borehole at a depth of 11,001. The company man anticipates reaching total depth of 15,600 by tomorrow afternoon. No violations were noted.
