0250955759 2017-08-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today was a status check. During my inspection the well had not yet been put into production and no production lines were attached to the well. The production equipment on the pad consisted of twelve 400 barrel tanks, 3 gas production units, 5 compressors, and 2 combustors. The natural gas pipeline tie in was located on the south side of the pad.
0433317820 2017-04-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Patterson UTI Rig #342 had drilled an 8.75 inch diameter lateral wellbore to the total depth of 16189 feet on 11.8 pound per gallon mud. I completed walk around with Antero Consultant Josh Scharf revealing the rig was tripping out of the wellbore at 8118 feet and will begin running 5.5 inch diameter 23 pound per foot casing later today with cementing to follow.
1487432549 2017-02-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 100 feet, hitting water at 15 feet, drilling hard from 40 feet to total depth and ran 100 feet of 26 inch diameter 102.63 pound per foot conductor pipe. Express gained circulation with 7 barrels of fresh water and cemented pipe with 330 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Cement was weight was verified with pressurized mud scales and displaced to 100 feet with 55.74 barrels of fresh water with 12 barrels of cement returns to surface. Mix water was tested revealing chlorides of 43 parts per million, pH 7 and 56 degrees.
1490495562 2017-03-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Patterson UTI Rig #342 had drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 1153 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew ran 1147.85 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5 pound per foot J-55 casing 4.85 feet above KB which is 25 feet and having to wash down the last joint of casing. Schlumberger Services was on site loaded their lines with 5 barrels of fresh water, performed a low pressure test at 500 pounds per square inch and performed a high pressure test at 2000 pounds per square inch then gained circulation with a total of 256 barrels of fresh water. Schlumberger dropped bottom plug, pumped 30 barrels of gel and 10 barrels of fresh water then cemented the casing with 1085 sacks of Class A cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.19 cubic foot per sack cement with 1% Calcium Chloride. Cement weight was verified by pressurized mud scales. Cement was displaced with 170.6 barrels of fresh water. Had good cement returns of 57 barrels, plug was landed at 533 pounds per square inch, pressured to 1200 pounds per square inch for 7 minutes and the floats held with 1 barrel back. Mix water was tested revealing chlorides of less than 33 parts per million, pH 7 and 58 degrees.
1532702843 2018-07-27 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well has been in production now for approximately 72 hours. There is 3 active wells total on this pad at this time. A 3rd party contractor identified as Warrior Energy service is on location and providing flow back services. The well is producing through the production tree into Warriors 3 diameter flow back lines with a single nitrogen activated emergency shut down (ESD) device in line downstream from the well head. following the ESD is a sand trap separator followed by a choke manifold system then a second sand trap system before the production fluid enters the gas processing units (GPU). The sand trap separators are being evacuated into a 500 barrel gas buster separation tank which is situated inside a polymer containment area. The well head is equipped with a lower A -13.375 section and upper B 9.625 section with flow lines and annular pressure monitoring gauges installed. Also attached to the annular pressure monitoring is a 2 sales line system with manually operated valves and choke valves in line. The lines are feeding into the wells low pressure recover system. The well does have a production tree installed with mechanical gauges on the production flow line indicating 2,600 pounds per square inch pressure on the production flow line. The 5.5 diameter casing has 3,214 psi. Production tubing is set in the well and electronic transducers are present on both the production flow line and casing well head section. Also present on location is a production fluid facility consisting of 12 steel design 400 barrel fluid capacity production tanks, the tanks are situated together inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. The well pad does have a perimeter earthen berm present. Well identification is posted at each well.
1710152434 2017-02-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Cameron Wellhead Services was onsite preparing to install the landing ring on the conductor. Location work is continuing with containment installed in preparation of Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #342 arriving when drilling is completed on the Walsh Unit 1H. I completed walk around with Antero Drilling Superintendent Joe Canady and Drilling Consultant Tim Murrell.
2123915083 2017-04-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection the area affected by the pad and road construction has been restored. There were no erosion issues on location. Location has met 1509.072 A requirements.
