0984124449 2017-10-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on drilling operations. During my inspection H P Drilling Rig 519 was running 9.625 inch diameter second intermediate casing. I discussed the estimated time for a cement job with the Antero Company man on location. The job will be sometime tonight.
1229453288 2018-09-18 Production Wells No Violations The Troyer Pad has 6 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The wells on the pad were in the process of flowing back through Enercorp Sand solutions. The production equipment consisted of six indirect line heaters, six sand traps, six gas production units, a gas buster, fourteen 400-barrel tanks, three vapor recovery towers, and four combustors. Teksolv was on location monitoring gas metering stations and Antero well tenders were monitoring flowback.
1298822515 2017-09-14 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 100 feet and ran 100 feet of 26 inch diameter 102.63 pound per foot conductor pipe. Express gained circulation with 7 barrels of fresh water and cemented pipe with 330 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Cement was weight was verified with pressurized mud scales and displaced to 100 feet with 55.74 barrels of fresh water with 14 barrels of cement returns to surface. Mix water was tested revealing chlorides of 43 parts per million, pH 7 and 56 degrees.
1420119071 2018-02-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection 6 wells had been drilled to total depth and are awaiting completion. The drilling rig has moved off of location. The area affected by pad construction had been remediated. Location has met 1509.072 (A) requirements.
1506685793 2017-09-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today found a 100 foot deep 26 inch diameter conductor cemented into a 32 inch diameter borehole. Containment was laid on the pad and sound barriers surrounded the pad. HP Drilling Rig 519 is scheduled to arrive on the pad in October.
1507813180 2017-10-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection HP Flex Rig 519 was in the process of rigging up on location. I discussed the estimated spud time with the company man on location. This well may be spudded 10/13/17.
