0433227453 2017-09-14 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection, I accompanied ODNR Inspector Austin Gutridge and witnessed 100 feet of 26 inch diameter conductor being cemented into a 32 inch diameter borehole. Express Energy and Antero were on location. Express pumped 7 barrels of fresh water to gain circulation, 330 sacks Class A cement with 2% calcium chloride, and 55.74 barrels of fresh water for displacement. 12 barrels of cement returns were established in cellar.
0653996516 2018-09-18 Production Wells No Violations The Troyer Pad has 6 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The wells on the pad were in the process of flowing back through Enercorp Sand solutions. The production equipment consisted of six indirect line heaters, six sand traps, six gas production units, a gas buster, fourteen 400-barrel tanks, three vapor recovery towers, and four combustors. Teksolv was on location monitoring gas metering stations and Antero well tenders were monitoring flowback.
0801055038 2018-02-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection 6 wells had been drilled to total depth and are awaiting completion. The drilling rig has moved off of location. The area affected by pad construction had been remediated. Location has met 1509.072 (A) requirements.
1505838259 2017-09-14 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness 100 feet of 26 inch diameter conductor being cemented into a 32 inch diameter borehole. Express Energy and Antero were on location. Express pumped 7 barrels of fresh water to gain circulation, 330 sacks Class A cement with 2% calcium chloride, and 55.74 barrels of fresh water for displacement. Cement returns were established in cellar. I was accompanied by ODNR Inspector Tom Thomas.
1515422460 2018-01-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During my inspection HP drilling rig 519 was at 7675 feet in depth within the 8.5 inch diameter borehole. I spoke with the Antero company man on location and he stated that they plan to reach total depth of roughly 17,370 feet, run 5.5 inch diameter production casing, and cement the casing string by the middle of next week . (1/10/18)
1517333623 2017-09-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today found a 100 foot deep 26 inch diameter conductor cemented into a 32 inch diameter borehole. Containment was laid on the pad and sound barriers surrounded the pad. HP Drilling Rig 519 is scheduled to arrive on the pad in October.
