0269105767 2018-09-18 Production Wells No Violations The Troyer Pad has 6 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The wells on the pad were in the process of flowing back through Enercorp Sand solutions. The production equipment consisted of six indirect line heaters, six sand traps, six gas production units, a gas buster, fourteen 400-barrel tanks, three vapor recovery towers, and four combustors. Teksolv was on location monitoring gas metering stations and Antero was monitoring flowback.
0631011896 2018-01-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations During my inspection HP Drilling Rig 519 was circulating the 5.5 inch diameter production casing in preparation for a cement job. The 5.5 inch diameter production casing was landed at 17583 feet in depth in the lateral. Schlumberger Cementing was rigging up on location. Job calculations were discussed with Antero Company Man and Schlumberger. Schlumberger conditioned the wellbore, pumped 551 barrels of cement at 15.2 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.6, and displaced with 371 barrels. Partial job witnessed.
0729889516 2017-09-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today found a 100 foot deep 26 inch diameter conductor cemented into a 32 inch diameter borehole. Containment was laid on the pad and sound barriers surrounded the pad. HP Drilling Rig 519 is scheduled to arrive on the pad in October.
1242133531 2018-02-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection 6 wells had been drilled to total depth and are awaiting completion. The drilling rig has moved off of location. The area affected by pad construction had been remediated. Location has met 1509.072 (A) requirements.
1510679869 2017-11-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection today was to witness the cementing of the Surface casing. Schlumberger was on location to cement 400 feet of the 18.625 inch diameter casing within a 24 inch diameter borehole. A pre-job safety meeting was held with all personnel on location. Schlumberger pumped 215 barrels of fresh water to load the hole, 30 barrels of gel spacer, 10 barrels water, and 130 barrels of cement at 15.6 pound per gallon. Cement sample was pulled and weighed in pressurized scales and the results were 15.6 pounds per gallon. The plug was dropped and displaced with 113 barrels of water. Cement circulated to surface 90 barrels into displacement. The plug was bumped and held for 15 minutes and the floats held. .5 barrels were bled back to the pump truck.
1631521135 2017-11-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During my inspection H&P Drilling Rig 519 had the 17.5 inch diameter intermediate number one borehole to a depth of 922 feet. At 922 feet the 17.5 inch diameter hammer bit failed and a 10 inch by 16 inch piece of the hammer bit broke off within the borehole. While utilizing a magnetic fishing tool they attempted to recover the broken piece of the bit but all attempts failed. Schlumberger Cementing arrived on location and set a cement plug from 922 feet to 322 feet through the drill pipe. The plug weighed 16.6 pounds per gallon, consisted of both class A and class D cement, and was displaced with 9.4 barrels of fresh water. Antero Company Man stated that they are going to wait the appropriate amount of time for the cement to cure and then kick off and go around the plug with a new 17.5 inch diameter hammer bit.
