1504880375 2017-09-08 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 2 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel tanks, one 2000 gallon tank. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
