Upon the inspection of the tank we noticed that there was oil in the dike where the tank had overflowed. We took some pictures of the dike and had Jeremiah Keller come out to the jobsite. He was unaware of the mess and said he would get it cleaned up right away. The 1 valve was also leaking. He is going to put a plug in it. The identification at the tank was legible but it was missing the permit number. This issue was also addressed and is going to be corrected. |
