0343792339 2016-01-06 Final Restoration No Violations My inspection today is on a well with the RBDMS status of Plugged and Abandon. During my inspection I was assisted by the state issued Garmin GPS handheld and the coordinates listed in RBDMS. I could not locate any evidence of a well within the area of the given coordinates. RBDMS Columbus images show that the Department of Industrial Relations Division of Mines has records of the well being plugged February 16th, 1951, witnessed by Mine inspector William B. Morris. Location has met 1509.072 B requirements and has passed final restoration.
