0218796278 2016-06-13 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was back on location to witness the plugging of this well. The 7 precast plug was ran in the well then plugging clay was washed to the bottom of the 8. The rig crew then hooked up there tools to rip the 8 casing. They were able to retrieve 154ft of 8 from the hole.
0298426460 2015-01-15 Production Wells No Violations During the field inspection of this well I found it appears to be capable of production. There is a pumping unit on the well with rods and tubing down hole. The valves coming off of the wellhead to the production tank are open so the fluid can flow to the tank. The identification for this well is located at the tank pad. There are no violations to report at this time. This well is also being used for domestic use.
0462241866 2016-06-09 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Kenny Wright has moved his service rig in on this well to plug it. They have pulled the rods and tubing from the well and are ready to wash in plugging clay. We washed in a 500ft bottom plug using plugging clay from Logan clay. The rig crew then set up to rip the 4 casing. The casing was ripped at 2217ft. They pulled 1 joint to make sure the pipe was free then washed in another 500ft plug to cover the Big Lime.
1197965505 2016-06-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I returned to the well this morning to see if the clay stayed to at the surface. The clay has settled and will need to be topped back off. I let Kenny know he would need to stop back by the well and fill it up.
1401960143 2016-11-02 Final Restoration No Violations The Final Restoration meets 1509.072 (B).
1465562718 2016-06-10 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was back on location today to check on the plugging of this well. Kenny is pulling the 4 casing today then running the 7 pre-cast plug down to the 7 seat at 985ft. They will then wash in more plugging clay up to the bottom of the 8 casing before trying to retrieve it.
