1260598653 2013-12-16 Production Wells Violations Noted During my inspection of this well, I found that the valves are shut on the wellhead. The well will need to be put back in production within 90days or plugging is required within 180days.

I called the land owner of this well but was unable to reach him. I left a message for him to call me. The compliance notice was issued on 12/16/2013 and the due date is 6/24/2014.
