Barclay Petroleum has stated that this well was plugged in 1989. I inspected the location with the GPS coordinates given in the RBDMS and found no sign of any well or production equipment. The well appears to have been plugged years ago. I have talked with Bruce Kelley and he will be filling out a plugging affidavit stating the well was plugged. The final restoration meets 1509.072(B). |
