0592185974 2014-04-04 Production Wells No Violations This is a follow-up inspection for this well not being able to produce. The valves are still shut in at the well and there is no motor to operate the pumping unit. I till talk to my supervisor about this well at our monthly meeting.

The well is now in-compliance. There is a motor on the unit, the valves are open to the production tank, they have ran a new flow line and the identification is on the tank. The valves are open coming from the well to the pumping unit. The identification for this well is located at the production tank. There are 3-100 barrel tanks on location. There are no violations to report at this time.

1389375323 2014-01-10 Administrative Inspection No Violations I stopped in at Altier Brothers to talk with Benny about this well. I asked him when he plans on or what he plans on doing with this well. He said he was thinking of putting it back in production to see if they could get anything out of the well. If it does not show any production he said he would apply for a permit to plug the well. As soon as the weather breaks closer to spring he is going to put a motor on the pumping unit. I let him know that he needs to get this taken care of as soon as possible.
