This case was received from the Perry County Oil & Gas Inspector, Justin Smith. An attempt to locate and verify the status of this well revealed no observed casing or visible sings of leakage from a wellbore. It was noted that the coordinates for this well, in RBDMS, placed the well approximately 450 away from the residence, approx 50 from southeast corner of building for Sopapilla Express and under the middle of a service road. |
