0042779208 | 2002-08-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | Remove 10 x 15 area of highly contaminated soil from around the wellhead. I.D. the wellhead. Remove the contaminated soil from around the stock tank and brine vault in the tank battery dike. |
0184835898 | 2005-07-05 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | Received an anonymous complaint reporting that the stock tank had been overfilled and impacted a large area. One 210 bbl tank had been overfilled and affected an area inside of the containment dike. According to John Firko, they were aware of the problem and had already pumped down the tank and recovered what oil they could. I told him to removed and dispose of the affected material inside of the dike, post the required ID and remove two old 210 bbl tanks located outside of the containment dike. |

1116724794 | 2005-08-19 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | The only corrective action completed to date has been to spread peatsorb on the affected area inside of the containment dike. The affected soil needs to be removed, disposed and replaced and the tank battery still needs the required ID. |
1206255210 | 2005-08-11 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | No effort has been made to remediate the spill at this tank battery. |
1235904341 | 2018-07-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and operating with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. A Murphy Switch gauge indicates a pressure of 60psi on the tubing and there is a domestic tap and meter on the 4.5 production casing port. This well produces to a diked tank battery 0.1 miles to the on the east side of Asbury Road and is shared with the Jones #9 (PN#23732). The battery contains two (2) dedicated 210 barrel tanks, two (2) dedicated horizontal separators, and a shared concrete brine vault. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations. |
1572090184 | 2010-04-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | The Jones 6 and Jones 9 share a common tank battery. Over the winter or early this spring a release occurred in the tank battery area that released both crude oil and brine. The companys initial response was to build a small continment dike and apply peat to the affected area. I asked that they remove and properly dispose the impacted soil/vegetation and wipe down the impacted equipment. |
