My inspection found that the bad piece of two (2) inch dump line has been removed and replaced with a new piece of line. The leak has been repaired. No violations. |

My inspection found the wellhead equipped with rods and tubing and operating with the aid on an electric powered pumping unit. A gauge on the 4.5 production casing flow line indicates a production pressure of 260psi. The wellhead and unit are fenced and ID is posted on the electric supply box. This well produces to a diked tank battery on location and is shared by the Dixon Pool #s 3 & 4 (PN#s 3657 & 3595) contains two (2) 210 barrel tanks, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and a vertical separator with the associated meter run. I found the dump line from the separator to the 210 barrel tank had two (2) small holes and was spitting out salt water as the well pumped. I notified Paul Shaw (Dorfman) and he is sending someone out to shut the wells off and fix the dump line. Identification is posted on the 210 barrel tank. I will check back later to see if the leak has been mitigated. |
