0265523972 2016-09-15 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were closed. The last reported production records were in 2012. The well is fenced and locked with proper, legible signage. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL steel brine tank and a mechanical separator. The valves on the mechanical separator were open. The tank valves on the production and brine tanks were plugged and locked. The tank battery is diked and fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery is shared with well 2-3481 and has legible, proper signage. The access is stable. I spoke with Rusty Morrison - Viking Resources at 330-397-2094 about submitting updated production reports.
