My inspection found the wellhead equipped and operating with a 2.375 plunger lift system. The well produces to a diked tank battery to the south and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, a 50 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator. The chart at the separator was last changed on 10/2/17 and the well is currently shut-in. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations.
2026834963	2019-03-26	UrbanProduction Wells	No Violations	I inspected this well to follow-up on Complaint #6103 concerning the possible presence of methane in a nearby water well. I spoke with Mark Smith (PEP) on 3/20/2019, and requested that he have someone check for any annular pressure between the 8-5/8 surface casing and the 4-1/2 production casing. My inspection today found that the surface casing head has been exposed and the annular port is open. The well is currently shut-in and is equipped with 2-3/8 tubing and a plunger lift system. I found no evidence of natural gas venting from the annulus. No violations.
