The wellhead is fenced and the fencing is in disrepair and the man door is broken. The tank battery is fenced, diked, and contains a horizontal separator, a 210 barrel tank, and a 100 barrel tank. A gauge on the separator reads 185psi. The tank battery is locked and the proper ID is posted on the tank. Note: I received a letter from Enervest and signed by the landowners requesting that the fence around the wellhead be taken down due to its poor condition. I found no compliance issues at this time. |
