1239040623	2015-10-20	UrbanProduction Wells	No Violations	I was on location to conduct a status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead fenced and the proper ID posted at the wellhead. The 1.5 plunger lift system has been removed from the well and the gate valve and plunger catcher are lying on the ground inside the fenced area. The 4.5 production casing has been fitted with a 4 X 2 reducer and is plumbed into the flow line. The valves are open and a gauge indicates a pressure of 525psi on the casing. This well produces to a tank battery shared by the Lumber #2 (PN#23817) and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank and a horizontal separator. The battery is diked and fenced with cattle gates. The proper ID is posted at the tank battery. No violations.
