1154610563 2006-08-01 Non Well No Violations -On site at home construction site of Tim Waters, 6174 Moses Road in Preble County. Joint inspection with Jeff Fry. Tim contacted Dave Hodges in Columbus regarding oil he discovered in limestone rock he hit will digging a foundation for a new log cabin he is building on his property. Mr. Waters inquiry was assigned complaint # 1566. Jeff Fry took photos of the oil stained limestone and of the foundation area. Search of RBDMS shows no oil/gas wells in the area. Wysong Stone IM-447 quarry a number of miles to the NW has this naturally occuring oil within some of its layers. Jeff Fry updated the complaint log and closed out the complaint from the Columbus office.
