I must have wrote the wrong permit number in my log book and thus the inspection report was incorrect. This well is a Columbia gas transmission storage well,Weaver #7994. We did a rework surface job yesterday. I deleted the inspection report from my computer. Would you please delete this report from the server. Thanks. Thomas. GL=1061.1 |
