The lease road is blocked by a fence at the entry. The operator stated following inspection of permit 20396 in January 2018 that he would get identification posted. This well shares a tank battery with 20396. There are 2-200 barrel tanks in the tank battery. The tank fittings are no longer dripping brine. The operator has not posted identification at the well or replaced identification at the tanks. The ID on the tanks is written with marker and is nearly faded off. A voicemail message was left for the operator.
