0101452214 2013-06-11 Orphan No Violations The Orphan Well Plugging Contractor currently working on this property discovered two additional wells that were not placed on the current plugging contract. An inspection of this well revealed 9 outside diameter drive pipe with 5.81 outside diameter casing equipped with a standard rig style wellhead and a steel stake placed inside the 2 tubing. A gas detector equipped with an automatic pump, attached to a probe with a filter was placed inside the wellbore and showed no detection of gas. There was no visible pollution and contamination at the surface surrounding the immediate well location. Between the landowners farmhouse and the well location shackle line debris was observed. The well was situated on the edge of a property designated as cornfield with no overhead obstructions. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for the well. The well location was researched and determined that a permit number would need to be assigned. Central Office was notified of well status.
