0657103876 2014-01-27 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to perform a status check of this well. The lease road is graveled, gated and in good condition. The tank battery contains a 210 barrel production tank and a horizontal separator. The tank battery has a SPCC dike, proper signage and is free of debris. The pumpjack well has annulus pressure gauges, signage and is in good condition with a house gas connection. There are no violations at this time
1180611504 2017-07-12 Production Wells No Violations With Steve Ochs (District Supervisor) - I did a status check inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a pumpjack with an electric motor. The tank battery consists of a steel production tank, a horizontal separator and a meter. The well is legibly identified. There are no compliance issues noted at this time.
