| 0288736706 | 2014-08-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to perform an inspection on this well in regards to complaint #4759. The lease road is in good condition and shared with an agricultural driveway. The tank battery contains a 100barrel production tank, poly brine tank and a horizontal separator. The tank battery has proper I.D. and a dike. The pumpjack well has 4.5 and tubing annulus pressure gauge reading 55psi, the tubing pressure is 40psi. The 8.625 casing was buried when the well was drilled and put into production and is not currently accessible. The well is in good mechanical condition, has a house gas connection and appears to have no integrity issues. There are no violations at this time. |
