The lease road is a shared residential driveway, stable and graveled. The tank battery is shared with well #23132 and 23133. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike, contains proper identification and contains a 100bbl production tank, concrete brine vault, horizontal separator and meter box. The pumpjack well is gas driven, in good mechanical condition and has a house gas connection. The well has not shown production since 2012. The well has a B&E Treatment tag indicating the well was treated with 50 gallons on 4-13-2015. I contacted Rusty Morrison of Atlas Energy and this well has sold two loads of oil this year. He is going to check with the office to determine why this well has shown zero production. |

The well is legibly identified. The record shows no zero production for this well. The pumpjack was in operation at the time of this inspection. No compliance issues are noted at this time.
