1049928436 2017-08-07 Production Wells No Violations I did a status check inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a pumpjack with a gas motor. The tank battery consists of a steel production tank, an inground concrete brine tank and a horizontal separator with a meter. The tank battery is shared with wells # 151-23133 & 23129. The well is legibly identified. No compliance issues are noted at this time.
1562335969 2015-04-16 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to perform an inspection of this production well. The lease road is a shared residential driveway, stable and graveled. The tank battery is shared with well #23129 and 23133. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike, contains proper identification and contains a 100bbl production tank, concrete brine vault, horizontal separator and meter box. The pumpjack well is gas driven, in good mechanical condition and has a house gas connection. The well has not shown production since 2012. The well has a B&E Treatment tag indicating the well was treated with 50 gallons on 4-13-2015. I contacted Rusty Morrison of Atlas Energy and this well has sold two loads of oil this year. He is going to check with the office to determine why this well has shown zero production.
1913797486 2018-11-20 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well is equipped with a pumpjack. The well is being produced but no annual production has been reported since 2012. I left a message for Tom Vosick (M & R) requesting a return call concerning the production not being reported. The tank battery consists of a steel production tank, an inground concrete brine tank and a horizontal separator with a meter. The tank battery is shared with wells # 151-23133 & 23129. There is a domestic gas connection at the tank battery. The well is legibly identified. No compliance issues are noted at this time.
