The lease road is a shared residential driveway that leads up to a pumpjack well in good mechanical condition with house gas connection. The tank battery is contained within a dike and has proper I.D. signage. The tank battery consists of a 100bbl production tank, horizontal separator and concrete brine vault. The well commercially produced in 2012, but did not show any production in 2013. |
