1162945661 2006-11-07 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up inspection to a line leak repair reported by Terry Whitehair on 10-18-2006. The line leak released less than 1 bbl of oil that traveled approximately 100 on the ground. There was no surface water affected and the release was cleaned up on 10-18-06. On 11-7-06, there was no evidence of the release observed.
1476905134 2016-09-21 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check inspection on this well. The well has a pumpjack with a gas motor and has a production report submitted for 2015. The diked tank battery consists of one 210 barrel tank, one inground concrete brine tank, and one horizontal separator with a meter. The tank battery is shared with well 23596. The tank and well are legibly identified. There are no compliance issues noted at this time.
