0240627674 2008-07-09 Production Wells No Violations A charcoal filter has been placed on the vent stack of the stock tank. The odor complaint has been RESOLVED.
1214521181 2008-06-26 Production Wells No Violations I received a call on 6-25-08 from Jerry Adams (330-206-6736) regarding an odor complaint from a stock tank located northwest of his home (1594 Fox Ave. SW, Paris, OH). I inspected the tank battery and found no violations. Three wells pump into one 210 bbl stock tank. I called Terry Whitehair (Atlas) and discussed the complaint. Terry said that Atlas would place a charcoal filter on the vent stack of the stock tank. I called Jerry Adams and informed him of my investigation.
1478610962 2016-09-26 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a pumpjack with an electric motor and there is a domestic gas connection at the well. The well has a production report submitted for 2015. The diked tank battery consists of one 210 barrel tank, one inground concrete brine vault, a horizontal separator with a meter. The tank battery is shared with wells 151-23454 and 151-23455. There are no compliance issues noted at this time.
