1705334580 2016-09-01 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check inspection on this well. The well has a pumpjack with an electric motor and has a production report submitted for 2015. There is a domestic gas connection at the well. The diked tank battery consists of one 210 barrel tank, one inground concrete brine tank, and a horizontal separator with a meter. The tank battery is shared with wells 23433 & 23431. The tank and well are legibly identified. There are no compliance issues noted at this time.
2111666829 2012-11-14 Production Wells No Violations I inspected the Direnzo-Fimble 3 well (34151234320000) on November 14, 2012; I was accompanied by Tom Hill. My inspection showed the lease road was graveled to the tank battery and to the wellhead. The lease road showed no signs of erosion. The wellhead includes an electric powered pumping unit that was not running at the time of my inspection. The tubing and 4.5 inch casing valves are open and there are no pressure gauges installed. A domestic gas line is attached to the annulus of the 4.5 inch casing. There is no oil contamination or staining on the ground surrounding the wellhead. There is an operator sign attached to the pumping unit. The operator reported production of 150bbl of oil and 497 MCF of gas in 2011. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl stock tank, one buried concrete brine tank, and one mechanical separator. The dump valve on the separator is leaking. Flow lines have plugs and locks installed. The 210 bbl stock tank has the proper operator sign attached. The dike is in good condition. I contacted Atlas Energy, requesting the dump valve be repaired.
