1335212207	2012-04-30	Production Wells	No Violations	On 4/10/2012 Inspector Dave Claus received a call from Emily Pidgeon from the office of Attorney Dennis Clunk, about an idle well on the property owned by Russell Smith and Jacqueline Middleton. Dave Claus ask me to perform an inspection of this well. I performed the inspection on 4/30/2012, there has been no production from 2004 to 4/30/2012. There is 1- 210 barrel tank and 1- pumping unit at this location, there is no production unit or sales meter on site, I talked to Chuck Will a reprehensive of G&O Resources LT and he informed me that they had sold the well to William S Miller Inc., I spoke to George Miller and they would be putting the well back in production. They have sent there Form 7 to Columbus.
