The report had been called in by the resident to the Osnaburg Fire Department (Paul 330-705-7484). I located the well owner using 3-D Topo, called the Fire Department and gave them the phone number of the well owner, Bob Foltz. I inspected the site and met with the property owners (Mr. and Mrs. Griffin). The release of crude was less than 1 barrel and covered an area (30 long x 20 wide) within the tank battery dike. Bob Foltz was starting the remediation and brought a new I.D. sign to be posted. |
