The well is equipped with a plunger lift and it is shut-in. The diked tank battery consists of one 210-barrel tank, a steel brine tank, and a horizontal separator. The record shows a plug back permit was issued for this well on 12/23/2016.
0325673838 2017-05-03 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a Compliance Follow-up inspection on this well. The well is not plugged. The record shows a plug back permit was issued on 12/23/2016 to plug back to the Clinton sandstone. The well is equipped with a plunger lift and it is shut-in. The diked tank battery consists of one 210 barrel tank, a steel brine tank, and a horizontal separator. I spoke with Rusty Morrison (Atlas/ Viking) he advised me Atlas was in negotiations to set up a plugging schedule.
1113832633 2018-09-04 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well. The well is not plugged per the Compliance Notice issued on 08/23/16. The well is equipped with a plunger lift and it is shut-in. The diked tank battery consists of one 210-barrel tank, a steel brine tank, and a horizontal separator. The record shows a plug back permit was issued for this well on 12/23/2016. The well has zero production reported from 2006 through 2017. I spoke with Chris Belch (M & R Production Foreman). He advised me the well is to be placed back into production by the fourth quarter of 2018.
1471966862 2016-08-23 Production Wells Violations Noted I conducted a status check inspection of this well. The RBDMS record shows this wells last year for oil and gas production was in 2005 for 93 barrels of oil and 15849 MCF of gas. The well has a plunger-lift and the production line valves are closed. A portion of the production line, the motor valve and the motor valve control box have been removed. The diked tank battery consists of one 210 barrel tank, one 30 barrel above ground steel brine tank, and a horizontal separator. The meter has a paper chart in it dated 05-24-2006. The well is legibly marked at the tank battery and wellhead. This well presently is incapable of production. Consequently, this well shall be plugged in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 1509.12(B). The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Shawn Murphy at 3575 Forest Lake Dr., Ste. 150, Uniontown, Ohio 44685 within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.
