0482543207	2014-03-12	Preliminary Restoration	No Violations	During my inspection I found a graveled lease road leading to a pump jack well with the proper I.D. signage, gauges and bull plugs. The tank battery contains two 100 bbl production tanks, 50 bbl poly brine tank and two vertical separators. The tank battery is shared with #25744 and contains I.D. signage and a SPCC dike. The landowner was present during inspection and stated he has had no issues with the wells on his property. At this time preliminary restoration is passed.
