The well is equipped with a master gate, side gate with a 4.00 Daniels run plumbed directly into the main pipeline. There is a flow gate with a 2.00 line plumbed to a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. The tank is equipped with a 2.00 vent pipe mounted at the base of the tank extending above the top of the tank. There is a charcoal filter unit mounted to the top of the tank. There is one (1) pick up line which is secured with a valve and a bullhead plug in place. There is also a spark arrestor unit mounted on top of the tank. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. No violations found. |
