1720034890 2013-06-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I performed an inspection as a request from ODNR Hydrologist Kyle Tharp in reference to complaint ID 4344. My inspection found the well in production. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank and two, 50 barrel brine tanks. The dike was completely weathered and not capable of meeting containment requirements. Half of the tank battery was covered by overgrown weeds. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The proper identification was posted at the tank. I noticed no visible spills or leaks at the tank battery or wellhead. According to our database, Ohio Valley Energy took possession of this well on February 8, 2013 from Duck Creek Petroleum. I spoke with Ohio Valley Energys well tender, Nick. I told him to clean-up the weeds and build a new dike by July 1, 2013.
