0031464772 2012-10-01 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition and east of the tank battery. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. All of the production equipment had the proper spacing. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.

2076998365 2014-12-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. There was a dike around the tank battery. A plug was installed on the load line. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in good condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
