The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the production tank that was weathered. Identification signs were posted on the tank and well. A plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called and instructed Ohio Valley to repair the dike around the production tank. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 9/29/2014. |
